This property was listed in the local FaceBook buy/sell pages. The owners lived there a long time and we're tired of it, they couldn't see its value or potential. We updated the kitchen by freshening up the cabinets with paint and rearranged the design for a better flow. We also installed a new counter-top and hardware. The bathroom also got a complete remodel. New lighting, flooring, furnace, central air, and paint was added. It was a little slow to sell due to winter and no garage, which ate into our profits.
