We completely gutted the interior, demoed the roof and exterior siding. Added a new electrical panel, wiring, plumbing, flooring, gutters, front door, and French doors leading to a new patio. Several walls were removed to create an open atmosphere throughout the home and relocated the laundry room upstairs and made the downstairs bathroom a full bath. Our team created a beautiful color scheme throughout the home and used some natural accents associated with the time of the home. After staging the home it sold within 9-month.
