This deal was brought to us by a wholesaler who works in the local area. Persistence and follow-up are what finally locked down the property. The wholesaler lost the property and the listing agent needed to sell the property fast. We followed up with her every 3-4 days and got the property. Once we negotiated the price and the agreement was signed we were able to find funding for the purchase price. The construction was funded through an HML. The PML was a fellow student. The property hadn’t been updated and repaired in years! We replaced everything in the house including the flooring, windows, and we repainted the interior and exterior of the home. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated as well. We had a buyer for the property before the closing on the purchase of property!
