We purchased this house from a wholesaler. The house was pretty outdated with a galley kitchen and sunken family room. We raised the floor and took out a wall in the family room and kitchen to have an open floor plan. We enlarged the kitchen into the family room adding a new island, cabinets and granite countertops. We enclosed laundry room and built a pantry. In the bathrooms, we painted existing cabinets and installed new granite countertops. Painted entire interior and Installed new windows, interior/exterior doors, lighting fixtures, and cabinet hardware throughout home. Installed carpet in bedrooms, tile in bathrooms and vinyl plank flooring the rest of the house. The whole house was transformed. We had a for sale sign outside the house during remodeling. The buyer saw the sign and stopped by when we were almost finished. She loved the home and put an offer in for the house.
