This was our first deal on the MLS. We purchased the property 20% under market value and funded 20% of the deal with our own cash and conventional financing for the remaining 80%. We completed a light cosmetic rent-ready rehab which included minor electric, plumbing upgrades, and a new water heater. A 2-year rental agreement signed.
