This was a wholesale deal. We acquired a property on the same street a month earlier. While door-knocking the neighborhood we came across this home that was empty and needed work. We found out it was under contract by a wholesaler and negotiated the purchase. The home was fully renovated with stucco, windows, driveway, electrical, flooring, paint, bathrooms, kitchen, landscape, and paint. We also reconfigured the layout and added a master bed and bath.
