This deal was found through a marketing and communication campaign. 80% of the funding was through hard money from our partners at Sunset Equity in Los Angeles and the members of the LLC provided the 20% down in cash. The rehab featured improvements to the bathrooms, kitchen, and flooring. The main bathroom received a new subway tile around the shower, re-glazed bathtub, new sinks, and fixtures. The Kitchen featured new backsplashes, countertops, and new mid-level appliances.
