This property was acquired through a Sherriff's Sale. The house needed significant cosmetic repairs. The structure was good, but we put new siding on the house. Inside we opened up the first floor and added a half bath. Upstairs we gutted the bathroom and installed everything new. We also installed all new flooring. The House looked like a new house when the renovations were completed, but it was a smelly mess we bought it.
How did the FortuneBuilders team and resources help you to accomplish this deal?
My coach Bob Reed was very helpful in each phase of the process. He reviewed and made some good recommendations in the scope development. He was also very helpful during the rehab as unexpected things came up he always had good advice for moving forward. The systems definitely made the process smoother. The repair estimator gave us confidence going into the deal that we could turn a profit, which we did. The six critical documents helped us bring on a contractor and we are currently working on our fourth project together. The second one is sold waiting for closing, the third will go on the market this month and the forth should hit the market in February. The systems definitely helped throughout the process.
