Don, my business partner, found this deal through a wholesaler. To increase the value of this (5-door & 1-commercial door) property, we’re trying to add an additional unit in the basement underneath the commercial portion. We’re having some trouble with the city because they want parking space, but we’re trying to come up with creative solutions. If they won't let us, we will then add storage units there along with an onsite laundromat.
