We found this deal while looking around our neighborhood for vacant homes. We noticed a home had a lot of bushes and trees around the door. After contacting the owner we set up a time to look at the property and made a deal! This home was in great condition but really old and sat vacant for 10 years. We really got lucky with the beautiful hardwood floors that we refinished. In the living room, there was a beautiful fireplace that the previous owners grabbed a rock from their ranch to complete. We were so happy to complete and finish our first deal with this property
