When we started, this summer taking the mastery course, we had no idea about using retirement money to purchase real estate. Going through the course and using the contacts like NCH made it easy. This purchase was simple and it was kind of fun just wiring over money on closing day in my upstairs office to purchase a house! The house was mostly turnkey, so we had very little rehab to do (5K). And we have turned it over to our property managers to find renters. We are looking forward to purchasing two or three more this way!
