The house needed some TLC as it was outdated and not well kept. We installed new vinyl flooring in the kitchen and hallway as well as new kitchen appliances. We put a fresh coat of paint to the interior, and updated lighting and fans throughout. The exterior was power washed and the front and rear patio decks received a fresh coat of deck stain.
