The seller was renting the property to his daughter who was not paying on time and he needed to cash out. We were able to use bank financing and the property appraised out as is at $72k. Prior to closing, we had the current tenant sign our new lease at $1050 per month. This is a 2-bed brick ranch with an attached garage, 1281 sq ft, corner lot, finished rec room and central air.
