I originally was driving for dollars in a certain neighborhood, I scouted the area to see if there was a good fix n flip or rental this is how I choose which campaign to run. I started a “tired landlord” campaign around the beginning of January. A Seller contacted me around late January wanting to sell an SFH and 2 duplexes, he was getting ready to retire and wanted to liquidate assets. Got the SFH under contract for $110k on February 2, 2020, wholesaled for $115k to buyer closed February 28, 2020
