This property was a referral we acquired from networking with professionals in our Houston market. The property is located in a highly sought after school district nestled back in a quiet neighborhood going through probate. We were able to work with the seller giving her time to remove priceless items and mementos from the property as well as storing her father's car in the garage until she could get it moved. Our willingness to help the seller and provide value is what made her decide to work with us over other investors in the area. We completely updated the interior of this 1970's build home, took down some walls to open it up, and created a giant walk-in closet for the master.
