Through networking with other Fortune Builder students at the boot camps, we met Lisa from Realtruth Properties. By staying in touch with her, she reached out to us when she had found a deal. After doing our due diligence using the training provided by Fortune Builders we agreed to provide funding for this deal. Terms were $60,000 at 12%, 1st position lien on property. It was a pleasure working with a fellow Fortune Builder student. We enjoyed seeing the progress that Realtruth Properties were making and were happy that we were helping them make it happen.

We scheduled a coaching session with Mary and she walked us through the process outlining the documents required and sources of information that we would need. We used the Deal Analyzer and the Repair Estimator as part of our due diligence process. Since this deal, we have our systems in place and have made other Private Money loans.
