This was a unique project because we bought this 2-build lot from fellow FortuneBuilders! Previously, it was an over-sized lot, but new zoning allowed for it to be subdivided into two 2-build lots. We built two beautiful craftsman-style homes and decked out the interiors with classic wood floors and shaker cabinets, then added funky tile and modern accents to give them some Nashville flair. One even sold before we had time to put up professional pictures on the listing! The challenge with this property was navigating codes and inspections with the city. Lots infrastructure work was involved in this project.
