We found this deal through a broker based in Washington, D.C. We funded the deal with our own capital and a conventional loan. The renovation was a full gut - we replaced all the floors, plumbing, electrical, put in a brand new kitchen with all new appliances and new bathrooms. We also installed HVAC, a new deck and provided completely new landscaping. What was unique about this property is that it was purchased as an entire building and then we proceeded to convert each unit (total of 4) into their own condominium.
