Our training with FortuneBuilders gave us the confidence to tell others we are real estate investors. Knowing our construction background, a neighborhood realtor took us to this deal. The neighborhood is in transition with some small homes being torn down and new ones built. We purchased a small home with foundation issues, tore it down, and built new luxury home. Knowing that some banks do interim lending, we shop a few and found one that would lend the purchase and the rehab money. Even with a 30-year background in remodeling, there was so much to learn in building our first off-the-ground new home. We had fun adding some unique features, such as night lighting on the stairs, to this 3981 sqft 4BR, 4BA, 3car, open kitchen/dining/living, game room, home theater, master suite, mudroom/utility, and office/mother-in-law suite. We want to acknowledge a lot of help from above. OH YEAH !!!

How did the FortuneBuilders team and resources help you to accomplish this deal?

Prior to this 1st FortuneBuilders project, we were coached in shopping with wholesalers, networking with realtors, and learning to work the systems. we visited some coaches in the Boston area to see what they are doing in new homes and another fellow mastery student in California who helped us evaluate whether or not to keep a second property until we could build on it. It would not cash flow so we sold it to another builder in 1 week. We are looking forward to networking with other FB members who are venturing into new builds as we have purchased another property for our next one. Fortune builders gave us the education that gave us the confidence to move ahead. BOOM!!!
