The house was ready to go on the market as COVID hit. The town that we did this rehab was impacted greatly and the house sat on the market for a while. Our coach gave us ideas to market the property differently to gain more interest. We also realized that we needed to decrease the price to gain more interest which impacted our overall profits but did get the house sold without incurring additional debt service fees.
