Shortly after the country was shut down due to a global pandemic, this property came across my laptop in one of the many emails we receive from various realty websites every day. Obtaining funding for the project was a bit challenging, due to the pandemic, as many lenders had tightened up the LTV they were willing to loan, and the closing was also delayed. We completely renovated the interior of the home, including removing the wall between the living room and kitchen to create an open concept, converted the original 2 bedrooms of the home into a master suite which added another bathroom to the home. All new flooring was installed as well as brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances. A new carport and front porch were added and a new concrete pad in the back to extend the patio.
