This was a pocket deal from a REALTOR friend of mine. This property had been occupied by an older couple prior to the death of the husband. The husband had made some "unique modifications" to the property like, putting a wheelchair accessible bathroom on the first floor, in the middle of a room, and other issues that were similar. We updated the kitchen, moved the bathroom to a more convenient location, added a butler's pantry with wine fridge, and opened the walls. The property was sold in 21 days and closed in 40 for the asking price.

I used and always use the contractor packet, I used all of the tools in Realeflow from rehab estimate through SOW. I just wish Realeflow would pull information from an internet number regardless of HD or Lowes. It took a while to put together the SOW while hand jamming the Lowes items after importing the SOW templates from FB.
