This was an MLS listed deal that we made an initial offer on in March. Through months of follow-up and watching the property continue to take price reductions, we re-stated our original offer. We acquired the property through Private Money Lending funds and were able to renovate the full interior including flooring, cabinets, lights, and other fixtures, and even added a front patio privacy fence.
