How did the FortuneBuilders team and resources help you to accomplish this deal?

We started working with Nate Hall in early September. After evaluating our buying criteria and long-term goals we came to decide on the Florida market and selected to go with JWB. Using the systems that are put in place by the PIC we were able to identify three properties within a couple of weeks. Within 1 month we had executed three purchase and sales agreements with JWB, 3 new Land Trusts, and a new LLC with NCH. We were able to close all three properties using Stifel bank, a recommendation from Nate, before the end of the year. PIC and FB were absolutely instrumental in helping us accomplish this deal.
