This home was our primary residence but we moved into another home. We kept this property and converted it into a rental property. The unique thing about it is that it has a suite on side of house (like a granny suite) that is rented in addition to the main house. No repairs were needed. We did do a few updates to accommodate the family including closing off part of loft to make an additional bedroom.
