This was a duplex that I got from a radio ad. The owner, who called was ready to sell. Most of this was done virtually since it was not in my local market. I was able to lock it up and market it as a cash-flowing property with 2 renters already in there. I marketed it on Facebook Market place and Craig's list and that is where I got an investor buyer looking to grow his portfolio.
