We got this rental package deal under contract about 2 months ago. This was a landlord that lived in another state and wanted to sell. The properties were located in low income neighborhoods, all had tenants and was cash flowing every month with good rent rolls. We found an end buyer cash buyer locally that purchased this package deal to add to their portfolio! We worked with another investor to get this to the closing table! This will be my sixth deal this month!
