This deal was a home path bank owned property that had been on the market for awhile. A deal which I obtained on 10/22/2019. It's the type of deal that started wrong and continue a downward motion and then Covid. My biggest mistake and lesson learn I learned was I should of wholesaled to property in March. But never the less we push through it and never gave up . I guess there are couple of good thing about this deal it appraised for 240,000 over a year ago and sold for 285.000. And we made it through and learned a great lesson that will build our business in the further.
