We initially purchased this property in 2016 and used it as a rental. We knew that this neighborhood was highly desirable and decided it would make more sense to fix and flip. We added an approx. 315 sq ft addition that included a mud room/ laundry room, en-suite master bathroom and 3rd bedroom. The kitchen and existing full bathroom were updated, refinished the original hardwood floors throughout, installed LVP in addition, painted the fireplace and added built in bookshelves. All new lighting fixtures and finishes throughout the house. The exterior wood shingles were continued onto the addition and paint SW Repose Grey. New windows installed where needed and metal roof installed on the addition to match the existing roof. We created a beautiful space in the back yard for cook outs and entertaining. This house was turned into a beautiful home with help from our team, contractor & PML.
