We found the deal through a wholesaler contact of ours that we have known for years. We funded it through private lenders. This property was greatly affected by the Nashville tornado in March of 2020, and was deemed unsafe to live in (see attached photos). Thankfully, the property was unoccupied at the time. Seeing the condition of the home, the obvious choice was to tear down and build new. The wholesaler contact of ours had really reasonable numbers calculated as far as tearing it down and building the new home. By the time we finished the build and closed it, we actually hired that wholesaler to be on our team as our Acquisitions Director!
