We found this off-market property through our local marketing networking. The scope of work was a total gut renovation as well as an addition on the back. We added a family room and mudroom on the first floor; also added a master bedroom, master bathroom and walk-in closet to the existing 2-bedrooms on the second floor; also finished the basement and created a new walkout access from the driveway of the house. The design is a modern farmhouse with plenty of light, an open concept on 1st-floor, cathedral ceiling master bedroom on the 2nd-floor, and a gorgeous view of a Japanese maple tree in the backyard, among other design features.
