This was our first deal. We had been talking with different realtors in the area to let them know what we were looking for. We got a call about a foreclosure property the next town over. We were all set with funding for the closing but 2 days before they backed out. We scrambled to find funding and found a 1st and 2nd just before closing. We ended up replacing most walls, plumping, electricity, fixtures, and appliances. The unit was originally a 2 family but now it's a 3 family. We also added central AC to each of the units.
