On May 28, 2021, we closed on our second purchase of cash flowing portfolio of 8 single side-by-side unit townhomes (2 lots with 4 units on each lot). We now have a total of 17 doors and we're really excited about that. Our main job now is to reach our initial goal of 90 total doors. We received a seller concession for future repairs as well as to subsidize the units having below market rents. So we will also be able to increase those rents to market value in the coming years which will give us an even higher CoC!

This is all thanks to Fortune Builders, the techniques we have learned, the mindset and the people we have met, especially the Feb 2020 bootcamp in Baltimore.
