After sharing our buying criteria with him he immediately responded with "I think that I have something that you might want." The Sellers had our grown the current building and needed to sell fast as they were already under contract on a new larger facility. Purchased on March 14th 2021 did a quick rehab that included a new roof, new stucco, interior paint and lighting. Sold on the income approach to an Investor Sold on Oct 14th 2021. 7 month investment.
