This rehab was a wholesale deal, property was not in the worst condition but definitely required a huge clean up. I used hard money for financing and HELOC money as well. This was definitely a one of a kind experience, property was located less that 5 miles away from home and in a great location, best of all is that this condo did not have assigned parking, condo fee was low and it was pet friendly. However, as usual surprise surprise dealing with pet odors was challenging but treated as needed.
