We followed the FB guide lines we set a large sign on as soon as we closed on our new construction project. A neighbor saw our sign, picked up the phone and called. I went to see them immediately and within 48 hours I had the property under contract. We had raised capital to keep the property and do another new build but we ended up selling it because we got a little afraid since we had not completed our first project yet. What made the deal unique was we were able to negotiate such a great buying price compared to what other investors in the area are paying for land.
