Mom Rises Against The Odds: From $8/hr To Real Estate Diva
Dianet Franco is one of those rare individuals who can light up a room with her smile. Looking at her now, you might think her life was handed to her on a silver platter. Nothing could be further from the truth. Born in Mexico, Dianet moved to the U.S. at the age of 4. She dropped out of school after the 6th grade, got married, and soon thereafter left her abusive husband to give her two young girls a better future. With no formal education, Dianet has worked against the odds to go from making $8/hr to become a real estate investing Diva. With the guidance of her FortuneBuilders’ education and coaches, she gained the knowledge and confidence to complete her first deal, and has done many, many more since. Dianet is a true role model; her story is an inspiration. She reminds us that, “we’re all destined to do great things, we just have to believe it!”

Dianet Franco's Deals
This was my very first transaction in real estate! I owner financed the deal.
This property had been damaged by a fire and had not been updated in quite some time. Knocking down walls and adding in an expansive kitchen, gave this house a new updated look. Painting the exterior blue really made the house pop and gave it curb appeal which it had been lacking before.
