I would like to thank your organization in general but especially my coach, Jacquellene. I am not a 100% rookie to the field of Real Estate as I have two rental properties currently and have had others in the past, but as far as getting started as a legitimate business in Real Estate investing, I am very inexperienced. Consequently, the past eight weeks have been very much a learning experience that I totally believe will lead to a fruitful career in this industry. One deal seemed certain but fell through and tomorrow I will look at a very promising property that could be the foundation for all other investments from this point onward. Jacquellene has been very helpful with specific information but she has more than that been a constant source of positive energy. It has been a delight to have her as my coach and I will miss our weekly sessions. But, she did her job and I have always understood that Fortune Builders can only provide material and encouragement while we students must take action on our own in our particular geographical area. If I can score the property that I am looking at tomorrow, I will tell you about it later as it is an in depth project and has huge potential in a variety of ways.
