We have been with Fortune Builders for about three months. Our support team and coaching staff has been awesome and saying we have been doing everything right. We have been marketing like crazy and getting a bunch of close deals. Our luck is not good cause we get a lot of phone calls just have not made a deal. Well we have our hopes up. We just found a 7 unit apartment complex. Asking Price is 295K with repairs. The ARV is estimated at 400k and looking to make over 4k a month once its all said and done. We have not closed yet but its the first good deal we have ran into since we have been in this community. all we have to do now is start looking for investors to help us fund this deal. So our hopes are high and hopefully our luck is with us this time. Time to start marketing for investors. Wish us luck!!!!
