I just finished the fortunebuilders Program and I want to thank my coach Mel Feller for all that he's done for me. I'm a Real Estate Broker with 20 years of sales experience. I've worked with many distressed property owners and have flipped properties in the past. Given this, Mel Feller, (who is an accompanied rehabber himself, with much more experience than I), was able to successfully guide me through the process. He took my experience and enhanced it with his. Since I'm a bottom line person, here's the results. I have one wholesale contract in escrow and closing in three weeks; I'm currently working on another wholesale property and one rehab property for myself; I have established Private Money Lender relationships amounting to over $100M in available funds; I have a resource list of Rehabbers and Wholesalers and my contractors are lined up and ready to go. Now, I can't give Mel full credit for all of this, but with his help he's taught me to think outside of the box. Thanks Mel and thanks Fortune Builders for pairing me with Mel.
