I signed on my first house to renovate and sell! The purchase of the home was done with one private investor and the renovation is being covered by another private investor! I am very excited! Fortune Builders has given me what I needed to get this done! I am a very confident and competent person, however the never ending nuances in real estate had me moving a little slow. I have not finished my training yet I am moving forward.
