We received a referral from a Realtor for an extremely motivated seller the day before Thanksgiving. The seller could no longer afford her house and had to satisfy a judgement the Monday after Thanksgiving or be evicted from the property. We were able to satisfy the judgement and place the property under contract within that time frame, then we were able to wholesale the property to another local investor. The deal closed on December 28. A happy new year!

We bought this property intending to rehab it but when the wholesale offers came in, it was an easy choice.
