Haven't submitted a win since my first coaching call. I haven't hag huge wins, but I'd like to think all these small ones add up. I have my business cards, my legal entity is almost ready and is in it's last stages. I have Craigslist ads posted, bandit signs up, and have sent out my second wave of my direct mail campaign. Have made contact and interviewed 3 contractors, (1 is already recommended by another FB member). I have 1 good RE agent who calls me several times a week with new properties, and 2 good RE lawyers on my team. I've met with a PML and sees potential in me, so she said she would like to fund one of my future deals. I have a FB mastery member as a JV partner ready to go if we can come to terms on a HomePath property. If we get it, we are already funded 100% by his PML, contractor in place, and it will be my first house under contract!
