Went to our first Tax Auction with our Acquisitions Specialist. She did a great job of visiting all the properties, doing repair estimators and uploading all of the data for our review. We put together ARV's, Min and Max Bids and did a great job of due diligence. At the auction we stuck to our numbers and came away with a great property. We are now working on marketing for to other investors. At the event many other investors came up and complimented us and our company, they had interacted with our Acquisitions person at the properties and knew that we had done our homework so if we stopped bidding than the price was getting too high. BOOM!
