In this case study, we walk you through a rehab property that netted $38,000 in 12-weeks. Our marketing campaign consisted only of bandit signs and it kept our marketing costs down considerably and spent only $106 bucks. We funded the deal by using a hard money lender on a 4-month balloon. Once the 4-months were up, we refinanced with a private money lender. Trust us; there were a lot of mistakes we personally made along the way. However, we still had a great outcome because we took all these lessons to heart and were able to learn from them.
