In this case study, I walk you through a wholesale deal located in Monroe, NC. I found this deal through one of my yellow letters that I mailed out in the area. The seller was motivated to sell because they lived out of town and didn’t want to deal with renting the property anymore. We put the deal under contract for the asking price and I renegotiated a deal with the seller to do seller financing so we could both benefit from the sale. This was a quick flip that I sold to a buyer who was looking for land.
