In this case study, I went through the details on one of our most recent Short Sale flip transactions in Poway, CA that my company made a profit of $66,662.56 from. The completion took a total of 89 days. The marketing strategy that we used was a letter campaign which only cost us about 200 bucks. We funded the deal by using Transactional Funding at 100%. Right now, we have 4-6 Short Sales in the pipeline every month and have a system in place to get these deals closed.
