In this case study my business partner and I walk you through this wholesale deal located in Royal Oak, MI. We found the deal through a secret weapon we like to call “Mr. Royal Oak”. He had a lot of experience and knowledge in the business and happened to know every landlord in town. The seller was motivated to sell and wanted a simple, no contingency offer to relieve himself of the property. We used our negotiating skills with no financing required for a straight assignment deal to land the deal. We spoke to a local builder who was paying top dollar for lots in the area and we verbally sold the house before it was under contract. This wholesale deal only took 31 short days.
