Nate Stull Video Case Study

Farmington Hills, Michigan

In this case study, I walk you through three wholesale deals. I found the first deal from an internet source Z-Buyer. After the seller refused my first offer, I shared how the seller could donate the house to our local church and in return, the seller would receive a potential charitable deduction that would reduce his income taxes by approximately $19K and would give the seller $6,500.00 more than my initial offer. The deal went through and I made a profit of $5884.00 The second deal was listed on Craigslist as a land contract deal. The seller hadn’t made any mortgage payments for 3 months, and afraid of facing foreclosure. We negotiated this short sale deal and made a profit of $5,707.00 I found the last deal networking with probate attorneys. This was an estate/trust property that had not sold for over 15 months. I made a deal on this location and quickly sold it on Craig’s list to one of my buyers from Alaska. We closed this deal in 20 days and made a quick profit of $2,351.00 Lots of great takeaways.
