In this case study, I will walk you through a rehab located in Potterville, MI. We found this deal through one of our bandit signs we posted in the area. The sellers were motivated to sell and make a cash deal. After listening to what the sellers wants and needs were, we negotiated a deal within 24 hrs. We funded the deal through a LOC and covered the rehab costs from some cash and our company credit card. We listed the property on the MLS and received a full-price offer on the first day. Total completion time was 10 weeks and we turned a nice profit of $24,750.
